The HR Manager has to take care of all aspects of HR works like recruiting, administration and HR legal issues + contracts. During the starting phase, the HR Manager reports to the General Director; with a growing organisation, a formation of a HR Department is planned (a promotion to Head of HR is possible but cannot be guaranteed).
Duties and Responsibilities
- Carry out all relevant HR-administration duties including contract management, payment of salaries, benefits and social insurance.
- Recruiting employees according to the personnel planning given by the General Director in collaboration with the responsible leaders of the departments.
- Establish employer branding activities with the target to get the best employees for the company.
- Professional collaboration with the employees, their organisations and/or unions and the governmental labour departments
- Enforcement of the ILR’s in cooperation with the management team.
- Update and alignment of the KVN ILR’s with Vietnamese Labour Laws and Company Global Code of Conduct in cooperation with our legal advisors.
- Assist the General Director in all major HR decisions.
- Elaboration of shifts models for the production unit (from 2023 on).
